How do I return my old items for recycling?
- Ensure old Loeka items are clean before returning
- Complete the online form to notify Loeka of the items that will be returned for recycling
- Drop off the items to a participating dealer found here or mail to Loeka
- Once items are received you will be emailed a voucher to use online or at a participating Loeka Clothing Recycling Dealer.

What are the recycling rewards?
Customers who participate in the recycling program will receive a voucher for every item returned*. For example, two pairs of shorts and one jersey,
will receive three $10 off vouchers that can be used towards the next purchase of regular priced Loeka items. Online vouchers can be used at participating
Loeka Clothing Recycling Dealers. Online customers will also receive $10 off shipping.
* Multiple discounts cannot be used on a single item. One discount can be applied to one item.

How do I claim my rewards?
Loeka online customers can enter their specific voucher when they check out. Loeka store customers can claim their voucher in store when recycling at a participating Loeka recycling dealer. Or use their online voucher at a participating Loeka Clothing Recycling Dealer.
How many items can I return for recycling?
There is no limit to the number of Loeka items you are able to recycle. The challenge will be deciding which of your Loeka items you want to return!
Can I return other brand clothing to be recycled?
At this stage, Loeka is only recycling Loeka clothing.
How are the items recycled?
Loeka items will be recycled into reusable materials for signage, banners, merchandising and any other items we come up with to give our clothing another use. Plus any items that are in good condition will be donated to women in need. These are just the first steps Loeka is taking, with the ultimate goal of having a completely closed loop recycling system.
